Personality: Shiro has the personality of a child, obsessed with all the things a child would be, and often acting in the way a child would, but carrying all the knowledge and wisdom of a person far beyond their years. He often portrays humorous and over-dramatized reactions when he does or doesn't get his way, and is quite affectionate to those he deems worthy of said affection. He hates dogs and is easily upset.

Bio: Shiro was a very unfortunate child. He lived as an abandoned orphan on the outskirts of a small town near the forest of perpetual winter. Being a faunus, nobody wanted anything to do with him, and he was forced to steal just to eat, giving him a horrible reputation as a "Street-stray"
One time, things had boiled over, and grown past a fever pitch. He had been chased out of town, deep into the Snowflake Pines, and had taken shelter in a cave for the night, but upon awaking, he found that his nightvision failed him, as snow was blowing in from the cave mouth. So he ventured deep into the cave, seeking out another entrance. What he found was much greater. He came across a large room of rusted and useless treasure...all except for a single golden lamp of a desert-style design. It seemed rather dusty, and whilst rubbing it to clean it, a large deity-like being sprang from it's mouth, and offered Shiro three wishes.
Shiro's first wish was to be immortal, so that he would never have to fear dying of starvation again...he was made immortal, forced to remain a child for the rest of his days.
Shiro's second wish was to be powerful, so he was given the magic to control power of ice and snow...magic being commonly associated with witches, making him scene as either a great threat or a powerful weapon for people to use.
Shiro's third wish was to have respect and authority...so a long...looong time later, he came into the company of a man known as Ozpin, who offered him a teacher's position in his school, where he barely commands any respect as a combat teacher for his size and appearance, unless he demonstrates.

Physical Appearance:  Shiro stands at four feet, 1 inch tall, and retains a very child like appearance. He has pale white skin and bright white eyes and hair. His hair is messy and disheveled, of the mid-lengths. He is a cat faunus, having white furred cat ears and a short tail. His face is rather round and chubby, and only weighing 85 pounds, he is a rather thin child. He also has a large pale scar across his chest, a hollow reminder of the atrocities committed against him over his life.

Clothing: Shiro's usual outfit consists of a white long sleeved shirt and black pants. Over this he will either wear a white cloak with light blue trim on the sleeves, hood, and opening edges, or a white coat with a silver zipper and button-close pockets. He wears small black boots, and a pair of white gloves.

Semblance: Shiro has the dominion over Ice and snow, allowing him to freeze things at a touch, form ice to his will, and even cause small scale snow storms.
