Personality: He is very loyal to people, his sister, his students and the fellow hunters and huntresses he had fought along-side with. He has a very caring nature towards others, be they family of people he had just met. He would go out of his way to assist those who are in need of help. He is extremely protective of his sister, always trying his best to watch her back and keep her out of trouble which she happens to into a lot of with her curious nature. He often speaks his mind without much thought of what could happen if he spoke them out-loud, often not realizing he may of said something bad of offensive unless someone calls him out on it.

Bio: The Fen family was well known for becoming hunters and huntresses, it was expected of them by the townspeople. However, the Fen line was beginning to shrink, it was becoming smaller and smaller every generation with the deaths of family members. But that didn't stop Fen Huang from becoming a hunter, and that was how he had met Lan Ju, and with her, they had two children, Hai and Chun. But, Ju, being a huntress herself, did not live long to take care of the children, she died when Hai was 8 and when Chun of 6 on a mission against the Grimm. She had protected a fellow hunter and had sustained a fatal wound that caused her death, she never got to say goodbye to her kids. Even though Huang was distrait with grief for his wife, he did not let that stop him from caring for his children. And so, they lived without their mother but were under their father's warm care.

When Hai turned 12, he decided to go learn to be a hunter and his sister followed him when she turned the same age. Though two years ahead of her, he looked out for her in school and at the academies. However, when Hai had graduated as a Hunter, his father was sent out on a mission to fight the Grimm and never returned, none of the hunters who were sent returned and it was classified as a danger zone since. So Hai took it upon himself, at the age of 20, to take care of his little sister and look out for her no matter what. And so, when his sister finally graduated from the same school, the two of them only ever did missions together to safe-guard each others' lives. And with each other watching other's back, they have lived to do what they had always wanted to do, to each the next generation to fight and survive against the Grimm.

Physical Appearance: Long dark brown hair that is pulled into a low ponytail by a blue string with bangs that frame his face, reaching his chin. Fair skinned with dark blue eyes and a strong build. Stands at 5'11" with a fit look to him. A slash like scare is over his right eye that trails all the say down to his chin as well as three slash marks across his chest that he does not like seeing.

Clothing/Armor: A long sleeve loose white shirt and black loose pants with a dark gray cloth tied around his waist, holding the pants in place. A dark blue Chinese style shirt that is sleeveless and reaches his knees with light blue trim and black ties. A white cloth wrapped around his waist with a black string tied around that. A knot hanging form the string on his right hip that has a blue gem like hoop on the end with a white knot hanging from the hoop. His pants are tucked into white cloth that is wrapped around his lower legs and ankles with black strings holding it in place around his leg. Dark brown shoes with thin soles. Hand form his left hip is a sheath to his Taijijian and under the blue shirt is a sheath and dagger that is hooped over his right shoulder, the sheath being under his arm.

Semblance: He can summon up gusts of wind around himself. He can push people away from him as well as cushion himself upon impact with the ground and objects. He can summon up a cyclone of wind around himself as protection against projectiles. He has control over this semblance that he can gauge just how powerful he wants the winds to become, making them strong and violent as well as gentle and calm.

Emblem: A yin symbol that is surround by tribal waves that are dark blue in color, the inside of the symbol being a light blue with a green dot in it.
