Yes. For what I believe to be the third or fourth time now.

It's practically a reboot, dude. It's more of an AU than the other one.
We stuck too close to canon at the beginning so messed a couple things up. This way, we have a bit of a head start to build up character development, while staying at a fairly canon AU.

Okay, if anybody is outside of Beacon, find my character and talk to him please. He's not very talkative and won't start a conversation with strangers.

For future reference, he doesn't have to "talk" to anyone to simply start an interaction.

While I understand your character is rather antisocial, that doesn't mean you can't have him attempt to start a social interaction.
